Pitch Anatomy
1. Hook (5 sec)Surprising stat, question, or bold claim — make them lean in
2. Problem (10 sec)Paint the pain — make them feel it
3. Solution (10 sec)How you uniquely solve it — no jargon
4. Ask (5 sec)Specific next step — "I'd love 15 minutes to show you"
Pro Tip: The best elevator pitch doesn't sound like a pitch — it sounds like the start of an interesting conversation. Lead with curiosity, not a sales script. 'You know how...' is more disarming than 'Our patented solution leverages...'.
